For over 30 years, we have been repairing all types of weighing equipment. Our service engineers are strategically located throughout the UK, allowing us to respond quickly to emergency breakdowns. Customers can also send faulty equipment directly to our workshop for inspection and repair.
Our engineers have over 100 years of combined experience repairing weighing equipment, from weighbridges to precision laboratory balances. Our focus is always to keep your scales operating accurately and reliably.

As approved dealers for major weighing manufacturers, we can source replacement parts and software for the majority of weighing equipment on the market. We hold stock for manufacturers including Ohaus, A&D, Minebea, Flintec, Sartorius, Adam Equipment, Baykon, Systec, Giropes and Dibal. Parts not held in stock can usually be sourced with next-day delivery.
If a repair cannot be completed on-site, the equipment may be taken to our workshop for further investigation. Where possible, we will provide a suitable loan scale so your business can continue operating while your equipment is being repaired.
If a machine is deemed beyond economical repair, WTS can provide a competitive quotation for a like-for-like replacement.
