We have been carrying out the repair of all types of scales for over 30 years, our team of service engineers are strategically located throughout the UK which allows us to offer rapid response to emergency breakdowns, alternatively, customers can send their faulty scales in to our workshop for inspection & repair.
Our engineers have over 100 years combined experience in repairing weighing machines, from weighbridges to precision balances, our team are committed to keeping your scales working and weighing accurately.
As approved dealers for all of the major weighing manufacturers, we are able to source replacement parts and software for the majority of scales on the market, we hold a huge amount of parts in stock for manufacturers such as Ohaus, A&D, Minebea, Flintec, Sartorius, Adam Equipment, Baykon, Systec, Giropes, Dibal and many more. Any parts that we don’t hold in stock can be ordered in from our suppliers, usually on next day delivery.
Should we be unable to repair your weighing machine on-site, we will take the equipment away for further investigation in our workshop. When required, we will endeavor to leave our customer with a suitable loan scale which they can use while their scale is off site. If it is deemed that the scale is beyond economical repair, WTS will provide a competitive quotation for a like for like replacement.
